John, I was very sorry to hear about your mother. I'm not sure if you and I have ever met, but we're second cousins; my mom Angela in Queensbury, NY and your mom were cousins. You all have been in our thoughts constantly during this time.

John it's been years since you and I have sat down together to talk and much longer that I've spoken with your mom. However, it's never a pleasant thing to hear about a friend's loss such as his mother. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family that you may be strenthened in this time of great difficulty. It appears from your web page that you enjoy a rich and full life nowadays. It must feel good knowing that your mom was truly proud of you. And she was right, you could have turned out much worse (good thing you stopped hanging out with me!) Be well.

John, We are so very sorry about the loss that you and your family have experienced. I feel very fortunate to have met your mom and dad through you and Rene. Rene is very blessed to have become a part of your family and to have such loving in-laws as your mom and dad. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. Did you actually own a VW bus? You are fortunate to have been able to have that parting conversation with your mom; I hope to get that same opportunity with my mother. Your mom was favored to have her family surround her when she most needed it. God bless you and your family.
